Coaching Curriculum

Coaching will consist of highly individualized topics based on your needs, but generally these are very common areas to focus:

Workshop Curriculums

Each workshop has a very defined curriculum that is not tailored to the individual.

The Business Bootcamp is a one day course focused on giving you hands-on help in getting your business off the ground.  My Change Process is the parent company of MindsetCity Co, and there will be overlap with the MYCP framework.  The bootcamp will include a series of business professionals who will give guidance, advice, and hands-on direction.  General topics include:

  • Business Plan Development

  • Website and Online Presence

  • SEO Basics

  • Marketing Basics

  • Business Finance

  • How to Collaborate and Network

  • Scaling your Business

  • And much more!

The Work and Life Alignment Workshop is a two day course that is tightly aligned with the My Change Process framework and is a perfect partnership with the MindsetCity Co coaching programs.  Many see this workshop as the launching pad before signing up for continued career coaching.  The MYCP Framework is designed as:

  • Surrender Control - learn your purpose

  • Embrace Who You Are - learn your gifts and calling

  • Faith Over Fear - learn your assignment in work and life

  • Share Your Story - understand your testimony and how to use it

  • Join The Journey - becoming an ambassador for work and life alignment and teaching others

The All-In Accountability Program is an online group coaching model that meets once a week for 12 weeks, designed to bring people together to finally address and conquer the behaviors that keep you from getting work and life done the right way.

​

  • Week 1-4: You will be coached on why we procrastinate or never start, as well as never finish.  Learn the tools to get organized and in the right mindset.  You will select 1-3 goals to achieve in the next 8 weeks.  Together, we will make a roadmap of action plans, proper tracking techniques, and how to hold yourself and others accountable.  You will be assigned small groups to work with during weeks 5-12.

  • Week 5-8: Work on your goals in your small groups

  • Week 9-12: Work on your goals in your small groups, and a final graduation day.

There is a mobile app in development to really make this program as easy as possible to attend and complete.  We expect this to be completed and ready for the January 2025 cohort.
